Where we ship
We ship directly to destinations in the U.S.A. and Canada.
How we ship*
Your shipping method is selected during checkout. After you have entered your destination address the shipping charge for each method will be calculated. Choose the shipping method you prefer and the charge will be added to your cart.
We use both United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout you may select UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, UPS 2nd Day, or USPS Priority Mail.
*All shipping options may not be available for products sent directly from the factory or other distributors. Any such limitations will be stated in the product description.
The exact amount you will pay for shipping is calculated during checkout. This is only an estimate of the actual shipping cost to us, but it is fairly accurate. We may pay a little more or a little less for shipping than we charge the customer. We do not add anything for packaging or handling.
Shipments to Canada may be assessed taxes, duty, customs fees, broker fees and so forth. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. Please be aware that such taxes and fees may be payable upon delivery of your order. We have been told the total fees are typically more with UPS Ground shipments compared to USPS Priority.
When we ship
Orders paid by credit card are usually shipped on the first business day after the order is received. Orders paid by cashier’s check or money order are usually shipped the first business day after payment is received. Orders paid by other checks may be delayed until payment has been confirmed.
Orders which include backordered items will be delayed until all of the items can be shipped. Where product descriptions indicate "Not a stock item", those items will be backordered.
The following guidelines are provided by UPS or USPS.
UPS Ground shipments require the following (business) days in transit:
1-3 days west of the Rockies
4-6 days west of the Mississippi
6 days east of the Mississippi
4-5 days to Alaska or Hawaii (USPS is recommended)
UPS 2nd Day Air requires 2 (business) days in transit to anywhere in the U.S.
USPS Priority Mail require 1-3 days to anywhere in the U.S. depending on weight and distance from Oregon.
Shortly after you submit your order a confirming email will be sent to the address you provide. You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking on Track Your Order above. You will need the order number shown on your receipt at the time of checkout. You can also find your order number in the email you received confirming your order. If your order status is “In Progress” then it has been processed and will soon be shipped. If your order status is “Complete” then it has been shipped.
If your order was shipped via UPS you should receive a notification email from UPS that will provide information about how to track your package.
US Postal Service tracking is limited to confirmation that a package has been received at the destination post office. We can check that for you. Please contact us by email if you are concerned about the delivery of your package.
